Fixer-Upper Singlewide for Sale in Berkeley Springs

The trailer is located in town, just a couple of blocks southwest of the intersection of 522 and where Rt 9 heads east towards Hedgesville.  The lot itself is small, a doublewide could fit on there with just a very little room to spare.

The trailer needs work but it's fixable.  The floor is the biggest issue.  Yet another one of the trailers that was manufactured with a particle board flooring.  At some point the water heater gave out leading to floor issues, and maybe there were other plumbing issues that led to the problems with the floor.  I've worked on many of these myself, removing the old particle board and replacing it with modern OSB.  It's a chore but the labor is most of the cost.

Berkeley Springs is a cute little town, conveniently close to a lot of other areas and now that the bypass is open, the traffic is a lot better, commuters can get in, out and around the town pretty quickly.

Power has been disconnected and the water is turned off.

No occupancy of the trailer will be allowed by the town until utilities are restored, Berkeley Springs does not permit occupancy without power and water.
