Which means the odds of anyone turning up at your door are lower than almost anwhere else you can buy land.  Basically if someone is at the edge of your property, they are either your neighbors or they are trespassing!

Take JC Markwood road west from Old Fields, turn left on E. Wilkins Lane and follow it to the end. Turn right before the gate at the end of Wilkins Lane, and follow the fenceline, the existing right of way across the hay field where you can park and walk through the woods down to the property. There is a right of way across the neighbor’s land to get there.
