Tiny Cabin with Large Shed on 4.7 Beautiful Acres in Capon Bridge WV UNDER CONTRACT

It's a neat little setup.  I think it would be great for someone who is looking for some mountain land to build a full house or cabin on, but you don't want to start from scratch. And meanwhile it's a cool little getaway. 

It's got a little cabin that is set up (kind of) to live in, and a decent sized larger shed/storage. Oh, yeah it also has a junky old Winnebago.  There's a bunch of trash in the pictures, and he video, all of that has been removed.  I hope to have fresh pictures soon if it's not sold before then.

The previous owner had it set up with a little rain collection system for a little running water inside and a homemade drain system. No real septic.  No well.  Electricity to the buildings, see the pics.  We can talk about this when you call.

The parcel itself is nice, it has an area somewhat cleared behind the buildings, a driveway.  I believe we had good cell service out there.  If you walk higher up there is an additional cool homesite if you want to stretch your driveway up the hill!
