Property is in general disrepair and will need work.  Until very recently there was someone living there.  Lots of potential for someone who is willing to do some work. Lots of trash, scrap and junk come included with the property at no extra charge!

The property is located in a small holler right on Shirley Lane Run Rd.  At the bottom there is a pull thru driveway where there is enough of a flat area for the buildings.  Behind the structures it is steep, not much usable land up behind the hill.  Well/Septic in place.

Mobile home is in decent condition, definitely worth fixing up, currently hooked to electric, and septic.  I think the well was getting a new pump, not sure how far along that is.  Since the last owners had it, they have run city water right down Shirley Lane.  To be honest I don't know if the well was hooked to the house or how they were doing their water.

House... probably needs to be torn down, depends on how ready you are to work on it.  Small, low ceilings.

Block garage is a solid structure, needs doors and windows.  

Weird 2-story shed built into the slope of the hill... definitely needs to have some supports replaced and shored up, but there is no reason it could not be fixed up and used.
