6.29 Acres w/ Ramshackle Primitive Cabin 9 Miles from Hedgesville

Located about a half mile off Rt 9 (Martinsburg Rd) about halfway between Hedgesville and Berkeley Springs.  As you approach the property from the north the land slopes down to the left. Most of it is moderate or steep, although there could be several homesites. The lot is roughly square about 500 feet on a side, with the road coming across the property.

There is a cabin on the property, it is in disrepair.  The decks are in disrepair and not safe to walk on. It never had any plumbing, there is an old outhouse. There is a lot of mature timber, a lot of standing dead large chestnut oaks.
