5.4 AC with well and more remote land in Kirby WV UNDER CONTRACT

As you approach the property, your map will make you think you want to turn right and go up Katybug Lane, but it gets really steep and washed out that way, if you follow the road it loops around.  Look at the map ahead of time to see!  Go around so it's a hard left up on Buck Skin Dr.

This is Lot 17 of Brier Lick Estates, a remote property in Kirby WV.  Most of the property is hillside with a trailer at the top of the hill, good views from up there.  Plenty of deer.  Plenty of trees.  Plenty of junk, too.

I guess some of the trailer might be fixed up but it's probably not a good idea...
