36.84 Acres in Metz WV (Near Fairmont)

It's a beautiful property for the most part. It stretches east and west of Dudley Fork Road and it is over 2100 feet from corner to corner from east to west.  

There are power lines across it, not the super huge high tension lines but they are transmission lines, and there is some old coal mine infrastructure on there too.  It's apparently where there was an air shaft for the Leverage Coal mine,  It has been capped but not filled in. I have not found all the information but I believe mineral rights have been severed from the property.
